1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him from the store within two days of the date of receiving the product,
He is not entitled to a replacement after the specified time.
2- To exchange a product, it must be in its original condition and the consumer must not have used it or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its condition. The consumer is responsible for the shipping costs if they wish to exchange the product. For international exchanges, the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs and for delivering the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
3- An additional fee of 50 riyals will be charged and transferred from the customer to us, which includes (shipping fees for the order to be exchanged to us + shipping fees for the new order to the customer).
The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases :
1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications he provided,
This excludes products that are defective or that do not conform to the specifications set by the consumer.
2- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's misuse.

3- The consumer bears the costs associated with the return process. In the case of international returns, the consumer bears the full shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
4- Products sold during sales, discounts, or special occasions cannot be returned, but they may be exchanged within one day of purchase, provided they are in their original condition. Exchanges are limited to one time only.

5- Orders of 29 riyals or more cannot be returned. Exchanges for different items must be of the same value.
(Due to the high demand for the 29 Riyal section, we would like to point out that we do not guarantee the availability of the requested item upon order confirmation , due to the rapid depletion of quantities and the large number of orders.
If the item is unavailable after the order has been placed, the customer will be notified immediately , and the full amount paid will be refunded after confirming that the product is unavailable.
We also emphasize that there are continuous updates to the products in this section to ensure the best shopping experience for our valued customers.
The refund will be processed within (3-14) business days.

The return shipping cost for cash on delivery orders in Jeddah is 50 riyals.
This can be done by transferring it to your bank account.
